Last Wed, I went to see a gig by The Sleepyheads. Cool la. there was this nerd-looking guy, he played lead guitar. Wooo! If you looked at him, you would not even imagine yang di akan play lead guitar. Masa dia goreng, damn... mmg macam tgk pavarotti nyanyi lagu black metal. Takde perasaan. haha! But he was awesome though. Tapi awesome lagu the sleepyheads. Classmates aku ni siap buat band tu. tak sangka. Owh! Let me decribe sikit keadaan gig tu.

I arrived a bit late. I missed 2 performances. at first, i was a bit reluctant to go, but after I heard 'the news' from Fendi, so I thought, woooooo...! I need to get out of this room for a while. So I went to Uni Bar naik bus. Nak jalan? Malas... sejuk.. and I was alone. Kalau aku kene rogol macam mana? Auwww!! tak kuasa mak! la la la la la
Then, once I arrived, orang tak ramai sangat. So I just made my way through la. I was like, la... mcm ni je ka UniBar. Before this, i had never ever been into that area. I use into sebab ada pagar besar. Selalu dengar bunyi mcm gempak je, skali bila masuk.. alah! mcm kantin sekolah je. haha.. except ada jual spirit ok!!!
Ok.. ok... aku naik atas.. aku donate 1 gold coin. then aku dapat mcm pass. So I kept it. I was a bit lost juge. ye la.. sorang. Kalau ada member, boleh la buat2 bising (like always!) Then aku tak tau nak buat apa. then I saw my classmate, the band member, a japanese guy which can speak English superbly. I met him, he hugged me. We shook hands, he introduced me to his band mates and friends, and of course to his beauuuuuutiful girlfriend. Owh my! Jaw dropping beauty! ehem.. ehem.. She is taken.. so SHUT UP!
Ok.. then, after that, a friend of his came, and I membawa diri, and I didnt know what to do, since the break from one performance to the other mmg lama. i was like.. aku nak balik lah... but, I said NO! stay Zaki stay! Good!. so I stayed. But untuk mengurangkan kecanggungan, aku telah menghubungi member korea aku, Sam. Nasib baik dia tak ada rancangan, so dia datang lahh... huhu. I was hoping to see some of my classmates, like Miho, Dain, Madoka, Samantha or other girls... but yang datang cuma si Madoka ngan kawan dia yang aku tak ingat nama. A japanese girl. huhu.. but, anyway like I care. I could survive!
Ok.. peminat yang datang nak tgk gig makin ramai. i got a chair. I sat there, skali ramai la pulak mat saleh mai berdiri depan aku!. Hallo! walaupun aku kecik, tak bermakna aku deserve dengar bunyi saja ok! Siot je! then aku blah ke depan stage.
Music that night, mula dengan Jazz, pastu masuk heavy rock! Cool! aku suka. aku pun tak tau sejak bila aku mula minat rock. Dulu aku tak suka, skrang, aku minat rock, punk etc! gosh! this does not mean that i m having identity crisis , Am i? haha! No way! I am who I am! so.. whatevaaaaa!
owh! masa gig sleepyheads, crowds semua flocked to the stage. Aku pun pegi juge la. Tgh sedap2 layan music, skali... hachum! an Indian guy (maybe!) bersin hala kearah aku. Damn! gila gelabah aku mengelak and belah dari sudut tu. Oi please la!. nak bersin, pause la sampai habis show, takpun, could you please channel it dalam other medium like kentut or burp! Ni Bersin! euwwww!!! jijik! kalau la dia ada Swine Flu, mati la aku.. masa tu jugak aku rasa nak g disinfect seluruh badan. haha! gile exaggerate! but better, now than never kan? No! I did not leave just yet!
hmm.. sleepyheads played some numbers. but, I guess their music in their single (which I bought for only AUD3) is so much better. Might be the sound system was not that good kot mlm tu! well, anyway, i love string and percussion, so I had fun! walaupun otak rasa nak menjerit! lalalala! balik tu.. aku saing ngan Madoka! She is a sweet girl. But, nah! I m not interested. She is a Japanese..... people!!!!. tanak lah aku balik raya ke jepun! ahaha! Gilozz!
ok..aku dengar EP SLEEPYHEADS.. mmg best. ada ala2 jason mraz, which is my fav, so.. i like la. alah! 3 dollar je, ok la tu!
